Four different salts out of one plant
These chemical industry ZLD projects cover fertilizer, molecular sieve materials and an integrated chemical park. One of them produces four separate salts, the widest range in our record.
Chemical industry ZLD projects
What makes chemical and new materials wastewater different from coal chemical or mining, and how JINGYU approached the first full-scale ZLD plant in China's fertilizer industry.
Written in the company's own voice: what was done, when, and what was learned. Not a technology description, which belongs on the solution pages.
What these three plants taught us
To be supplied — one sentence, the single most important lesson from this sector.
To be supplied — around 80 to 120 words setting up the three points below. What changes when the feed carries potassium as well as sodium, and four salts have to be separated rather than two.
To be supplied — the conclusion, around 50 words. What a client should take away from this record.

Frequently asked questions
Which plant produces four salts?
Luoyang Jianlong Micronano, a molecular sieve materials park. It recovers sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and sodium sulfate, the widest range of by-products in our record.
Why is fertilizer wastewater difficult?
Because the nitrogen load is high and the salt balance is unusual. Linggu was the first full-scale ZLD plant to run successfully in China's fertilizer industry, verified by an industry authority.
What does the MEE recognition mean?
The Anhui Huaibei chemical base project was named a 2023 Typical Case for industrial park water management by China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
How are four salts separated from one brine?
By selecting the separation route from the ion balance. Nanofiltration separates divalent from monovalent species, and crystallization is then staged so each salt comes out on its own.
Can I visit one of these plants?
In some cases, subject to the client's agreement. Tell us which project interests you and we will ask.
Are full case studies available?
Yes, covering feed water, process configuration, guarantees and operating results, subject to each client's confidentiality terms.
